Seriously, they act like it's so unbelievable that people can like the new games more than the old ones. How well a game works has nothing to do with liking a game. xD

I just kinda laugh it off. I like new Sonic more than Old sonic, deal with it. Razz

If not for Sonic then how about other series that others tend to think the old games were better than the new games?

I'm laughing at your topic title. Just joking :p. I totally understand what you are saying. I like the new Sonic titles. I like more older Sonic titles than the new titles. Almost all Sonic titles are decent anyways. Now that Sega pretty much have to release their first party titles on multiple platforms [Sonic] there will always be extra stress on the devs and a deadline.

I just feel the series lost it's edge when it came to 3D. Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 were okay, but it wasn't worth paying the price in speed imo. Which is what I love about the older games. I can move Sonic faster than the screen can scroll XD. Can't do that in the newer ones. They could've been built in such a way to do so, looking back on it. But casual gaming has taken over the market so....not happening lol.
